Industrial scale machines and the latest high-tech automated sewing equipment can cost millions, which is why making a product in-house can be so expensive. That’s where we step in. At CustomFab USA we’ve invested heavily in procuring the best equipment on the market and are constantly adding new technologies and machines to our 77,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Because we are consistently doing fast turnarounds of large orders, our Quality Control department is dialed in, making it their business to keep pace with industry standards and best practices.

No b.s. and no hidden outsourced manufacturing facilities in another country — just red, white and blue all the way through. When contract sewing jobs started migrating overseas a few years back we were faced with a choice: downsize our domestic workforce and outsource contracts, or double-down on our values. We chose our values. We’ve spent nearly three decades building-out our California based manufacturing facility to have the best machinery and most educated employees. Today the tides have shifted back towards reshoring, leaving us in a great position. A study by The Made In America Movement, found that more than 83% of shoppers pay attention to whether a product is labeled “Made in the USA”, with 76% of those shoppers saying they’d be more likely to purchase something with that designation. While the competition flounders to hire and educate a skilled workforce, it’s business as usual here at CustomFab USA.
